I need pampering because every one of my friends is getting married this summer, including me! Last weekend, I drove from DC to Pittsburgh to go to a shower in the morning, then flew off to Chicago to go to a bachelorette party that evening & stayed out till 5AM. Then I flew back to Pitt, and I spent the whole drive back to DC putting stamps and labels on my wedding invitations! (sitting in the passenger seat, of course!) So busy!

I need pampering because I'll be driving with my sister and 3 kids 3-6 years old from Boston to Indy in a couple weeks! shwew! That, and it's wedding & portrait season, so life is busy as usual :)

I am in dire need of a de-stressor because moving into our new home has been exhausting not to mention stressful. My body and feet has ache for days. And the heat and humidity has just been awful especially when we don't have an a/c unit installed yet. We have our work cut out for us because our new home needs ALOT of TLC. We still don't have a bed because the furniture company failed to deliver. My car is in need of repairs (great timing) and I still have a wedding to plan!

I'm a busy MOH who's planned/attended three showers for the Bride-to-Be...and I'm planning a rockin' Bachelorette Weekend. I've been working hard to make her feel special - I could use some down time!

I've been working hard to make her feel special - I could use some down time! Last spring, my apartment burned down and I lost everything - furniture, photos, clothes, (including old bridemaids' dresses!) etc...and I finally feel like I've re-couped, and it's great to have a real event to look forward to start replacing pictures with happier memories.

In 4 months I will have gone to 2 weddings (out of town - one International), one engagement party (out of town), one bachelorette party (out of town) and one bridal shower (out of town). And the end of summer marks my own wedding, for which planning is like a full time job, on top of maintaining a full time blog, and a real full time job!

I'm a ball of stress these days. I'm 42 days from the big day. We have most everything done, thank goodness. My fiance is in law school, so I've planned this wedding while we were living over 1200 miles apart. Wedding planning, travelling every other weekend, and working full time for a whole year is exhausting. So he is now home and trying to transfer to a better school less than 2 hours from our home. We will hear whether he is accepted 10 days before our wedding. To top everything, a tree in our backyard was hit by lighting last week during a major storm. Today, instead of doing picture and music planning we are chopping up a tree. I could definitely use these bath bombs and a message.
