Chalk it up to the luck of the Irish (and Scottish) -- Colleen Sheehan and Matthew Tucker turned a blind date into wedded bliss. When planning their April 10th wedding, the couple made it a point to tip their hat to their Celtic heritage.

The couple were married in the Catholic church near their South Boston home and headed to the rooftop ballroom at the stately Omni Parker House for the reception. "I had looked at several Boston reception venues that were beautiful but too modern for our traditional taste," Colleen says.

The Celtic theme was kicked into overdrive when Matthew decided to wear a traditional Scottish kilt for his wedding attire. The bridesmaids were decked out in kelly-green dresses and Stapleton Floral grew shamrocks for the affair. Slainte!
