There's something about these earrings that cast a spell over me. Is it the texture? The real fabric lace? The polished finish? Or is it the magical combination of all three? Handmade by Lowell-based jeweler Heather Wang, these romantic Lace Earrings are made out of sterling silver would perfectly grace the ears of a bride-to-be or her loyal bridesmaids.
Heather Wang is not only super talented, she's smart too. She started her own business in 2007 after earning degrees at the Rhode Island School of Design and the Royal College of Art in London. Nature is her ideal muse and this pair of earrings is not only one of her personal favorites, they're her most popular design.
And thanks to Heather's generosity, you have a chance to win a pair of your own!

I see ducklings: the top circle represents the head, with the beak point out. The bottom circle represents their body complete with cute tail feathers sticking up!
(06.25.10 @ 09:13 AM)Those earrings are BEAUTIFUL. They remind me of winter here in Boston - when all the trees are covered in ice and have a magical quality to them.
They are very soft and could complement any wedding hairstyle - I would love to wear them on my special day!
(06.25.10 @ 09:26 AM)The jewelry reminds me of vintage heirlooms my grandmother used to wear. I recognize these visuals in old photographs I have of her. Because I was very young when she passed away, I never had the opportunity to ever see or hold these pieces. It would be wonderful to be able to wear one of Heather Wang's pieces in memory of my grandmother.
(06.25.10 @ 10:18 AM)STUNNING! These earrings remind me of rosebuds... tightly curled r petals, ready to open in gorgeous blooms!
(06.25.10 @ 11:05 AM)I am going to leave a comment just to say how much I love Heather! She also makes insane, and I mean *insane* engagement/wedding rings. I have a couple pairs of her earrings and she designed a ring for me which is so incredible and I get compliments on it every day. These lace earrings are so beautiful, and I love how everything she does has a little natural element. Gorgeous!
(06.25.10 @ 11:25 AM)These earrings are fantastic, it is amazing how something that looks so delicate can make such a statement! These earrings resemble the spokes of a bicycle! My fiancé and I are avid bikers, and these earrings look like a bike in motion, something that catches your eye.

(06.25.10 @ 01:14 PM)These earrings remind me of a simpler time when dressing up and going out for tea with your "lady friends" was a treasured event. It's hard to believe that something so delicate is made of metal. The detail give them the illusion of weightlessness. In short, I love them and have to have them. Just noticed they are on sale.
(06.25.10 @ 10:11 PM)These are so unique and beautiful!
(06.27.10 @ 09:35 AM)they remind me of my wedding gown. It was head to toe lace and I looked liked a giant doily.....a hot, glamorous doily!!
(06.28.10 @ 09:27 AM)There's a simplistic elegance reflected in lace that echoes true through today. There's something oh-so-Audrey; distinguished like Olivia de Halvilland; poised like Greta Garbo and saucy like Marilyn Monroe encapsulated in these delicate earrings. My best friend, an actress and acting coach, will be getting married within the next few months and aside from the silverscreen sirens of decades past, these earrings are so now, so Alexandra.
(06.28.10 @ 09:39 AM)I love these earring too. They remind me of the roses that use to climb up the side of my Grandmother's garden shed. As a child, I used to love sitting underneath these climbing roses and pretend I was in my own secret garden. What a stunning piece, that is a reminder of my youth.
(06.28.10 @ 11:22 AM)My first thought when I saw them was a grandmother's tablecloth! They're just lovely!
(06.28.10 @ 06:10 PM)I love the organic yet glam feeling of these. I love that they're delicate but still super noticeable and unique!
