Let’s be honest here. Most bridesmaids would rather not wear t-shirts or baseball hats that say “Bridesmaid” across them – or even worse, receive them as a thank you gift for being in a wedding. Honor your bridal party and thank them for being part of your wedding (and all the other events that lead up to it) by presenting them with a memorable gift they will treasure. Here are some great ideas any bridesmaid would love to receive:

• Jewelry – (and not just something that you want them to wear on your wedding day that happens to match their bridesmaid dresses.  Something that you know they will love.)
• Handbag – a nice handbag, perhaps a designer one, that matches their style
• Gift cards – to their favorite restaurant so they can have a night out for them!
• Spa Day – either a day where you take your entire bridal party out as a treat (on you) or if that’s too hard with everyone’s schedule logistically, treat them to spa gift cards
• Hair salon gift cards (to where they each get their hair done)
• For the wine lover – a bottle of their favorite wine with a set of 4 or 6 wine glasses

Remember, you don’t have to give the same gift to each bridesmaid. The important thing is that you really think about them individually and what they like. Try to separate the fact it’s a wedding thank you gift and simply buy a gift for them as if it were their birthday – that way, you are really thinking about them and something that will make them smile.
