MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY If any of the Services requires you to open an account, you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. You also will choose a password and a user name. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. GOVERNING LAW.
The TOU and the relationship between you and Beantown Bride shall be governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and Beantown Bride agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Massachusetts.
 
ACCESS.
As a condition of your use of the Services, you acknowledge that Beantown Bride may access, maintain, and disclose information you provide to Beantown Bride if required to do so by law or if Beantown Bride, in good faith, believes that such access, maintenance or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (i) comply with any legal process; (ii) enforce Beantown Bride's Terms of Use; (iii) respond to claims that any material or information posted, provided, transmitted, or otherwise made available by you violates the rights of third parties; (iv) respond to your customer service requests; or (v) otherwise protect the rights and property of Beantown Bride, its vendors, community members, users and the general public.
 
INDEMNIFICATION.

The terms of use constitute the entire agreement between you and Beantown Bride and govern your use of this website.
