Being huge sports fans, it's no wonder Elena Rosenblum and Dan Martynick's fall wedding at the gorgeous Crane Estate in Ipswich was a big hit. The sprawling locale set the scene for a vibrant and dramatic ceremony and reception, where everything from the rich purple hues of the bridesmaids' gowns to the spectacular floral arrangements provided by Kate Parker Weddings made for an unforgettable wedding. A carpet of red roses led the beautiful bride in a stunning gown by Mikaella Bridal, to her husband-to-be, where he sweetly warmed her hands up due to the inclement weather. Elena and Dan's fun-loving nature was displayed in their seating arrangements, where guests were given ball game tickets instead of numbers, and each table was marked by a pennant from championship winning teams hailing from Boston to Philly, the Syracuse alumni's hometowns. For such a fancy and glamorous wedding, the sports elements and 150 boisterous guests, made for an all-star event no one will soon forget!

Weddings will always hold a sweet spot in Sarah Elliott and Michael Tierney's heart. This blissful couple met at a mutual friend's wedding; and little did they know that fate-filled day would define - together forever.

With a love for the ocean, Sarah and Michael chose to marry in the sailing capital of the world in Marblehead, MA. From ceremony to reception, their nautical theme was apparent throughout the day. The elegant Eastern Yacht Club, located on the famed neck was the perfect choice for the duo. Festivities were held in the main ballroom, decorated with a preppy navy and yellow palette from the floral design to the custom wedding cake created by Cakes 4 Occasions. Just before sunset, Sarah and Michael were able to steal a few moments together - a moment that could be considered a favorite by the couple. After a delicious dinner over looking the picturesque waterfront, the couple along with their 120 guests danced into the night.

Sarah and Michael's wedding was filled with laughter and joy - some would even consider they are a match made in heaven.

By being there when each needed the other the most, longtime friends Ashley Herron of Wells, Maine, and Nick Shultz of Shirley, Massachusetts, began to see each other in a whole different light. Bellies full of butterflies, they didn't even remember the movie they saw on their first date at Hollywood Hits Theater in Danvers. "We were too excited just to be sitting next to each other, glancing at the other one's empty hand," gushes Ashley. "We never did hold hands that night, but both of us sure wanted to." As their relationship grew into something extraordinary, Nick began to plan a surprise proposal full of sentiment and romance designed to unfold at his family's pied-a-terre on New Hampshire's picturesque Lake Winnipesaukee. "Right before the sun went down, we got dressed up, left the family at the dock and took off into the sunset," says Ashley. In between his time at the helm, Nick presented Ashley with a dozen red roses, played music special to them both and guided the boat to a part of the lake he said was where his mom and dad used to frequent. "This place was special to Nick because his mother's ashes had been spread across this area of the lake," explains Ashley. He pulled out a letter expressing what she meant to him that finished with Nick asking her to be his wife, to which Ashley answered a resounding "yes." After, we ate and then drank champagne, he had one more surprise for me, which was driving the boat to the boardwalk where his and my families were both waiting with balloons, flowers, and love."

As the sun began to set, painting the waterfront gazebo at Danversport Yacht Club a soft shade of pink, Ashley walked down the aisle on her father's arm. The bride was radiant in Kenneth Pool's Degas gown, a strapless, satin ballgown with a dropped waist and pleated satin detail across the sweetheart neckline and on the sides of the skirt. Art deco-inspired crystal beaded bands under bust and at waist blended a dash of old Hollywood glamour and classic styling, while crystal buttons adorned the back of the bodice. In lieu of traditional floral arrangement, Ashley carried a stunning bouquet of white feathers and crystals that coordinated with the white ostrich plumes and crystals she later festooned in her hair. The look was recreated in the white plume and hydrangea centerpieces and finally, the Swarovski crystal "S" that adorned the top of the couple's four-tier cake.

As the ballroom was illuminated in rich periwinkle hue, the couple, surrounded by their nearly 200 guests, celebrated until the poignant last dance, "Love Story" by Taylor Swift. From that night until forever, the two will always have each other's hand to hold.

When Brian Larson, 29, an attorney, enlisted the help of Oliver; he and then-girlfriend Samantha Gillombardo's beloved Yorkshire terrier, for an unexpected proposal with a ring including his grandmother's engagement diamond, there was nothing she could say but an enthusiastic "yes!" The two met in law school, and when their friendship blossomed into something much more, the couple decided in lieu of a hometown wedding, they would share their newly-adopted Massachusetts digs with loved ones from near and far. "Since our wedding was a destination wedding for all but some work friends and neighbors we've befriended here, we wanted to highlight the picturesque New England seashore and sleepy fishing towns that we love for our family and friends coming from the Midwest," explains the groom. Deciding on Ipswich's Crane Estate on castle Hill, perched high above stunning Crane Beach, was simple.

On a picture perfect mild July day, Samantha and Brian exchanged vows in the estate's sunken garden just as the sun began it's slow summer decent. Resplendent in a gown by Christos custom modified from an A-line silhouette to her desired mermaid style, Samantha says her wedding day look "truly was what I always pictured when I daydreamed about my wedding as a little girl." Her bridesmaids, a gaggle of galpals spanning from pre-kindergarten through law school, were garden chic in tea-length dresses by J. Crew in "sour lemon," a sun drenched yellow hue.

After whirling around the dance floor during their first dance to Queen's Your My Best Friend, an unorthodox selection inspired by the couple's favorite film, Shawn of the Dead, Samantha and Brian sliced into their 4-tier meticulously planned cake featuring two tiers of vanilla cake filled with fresh, whole raspberries and key lime cream, one layer of chocolate cake with fresh strawberry filling, and a top layer of white cake with buttercream frosting, "chosen with [my] mother and the groom's father, the cake purists of the group, in mind," laughs the bride.

Says the couple, "Since we live far from many of our family members and friends, it was a rare gift to have so many people we love together in one place. Someone told us to take a moment during the festivities to stand off to the side together and watch our guests have fun out on the dance floor and mingling over drinks. We made sure to follow that advice, and now have lots of happy, mental snapshots of people we cherish celebrating on our big day."
